• We ship via Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, or other reputable carriers depending on your location and order size.
• All shipments include tracking and standard delivery confirmation.

You may return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

3. Access your orderReturn to the online store and enter the verification code.Select the order you wish to return.

5. Provide return detailsSelect a reason for the return.Add any relevant notes or photos (especially if the item is damaged or incorrect).
6. Submit your requestClick Request Return to complete the process.

4. Return Shipping
