You may return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Access your orderReturn to the online store and enter the verification code.Select the order you wish to return.
- Choose your itemsIf your order contains multiple items, select the specific item(s) you’d like to return.
- Provide return detailsSelect a reason for the return.Add any relevant notes or photos (especially if the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Submit your requestClick Request Return to complete the process.

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure safe delivery.
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, please include photos so we can resolve it quickly.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
6. Refund Exceptions
